Hey, friends. It’s been a minute since my last update, and honestly, I needed the time to step back, process, and find my footing again.
December was a month like no other—one filled with emotional rollercoasters that forced me to dig deep. From dealing with family hurt and working through the trauma I’ve kept quiet about for over 20 years, to navigating the holiday chaos and questioning everything about the world we live in, I had to go inward.
I tend to go quiet and retreat when I’m working through something heavy, and I didn’t fully realize it until I felt myself cracking open and crawling my way out of that confined mindset. And now, as I break free, I’m ready to share what’s been helping me move forward.
What’s Been Brewing?
If you’ve been following my journey, you know I’ve been rethinking everything, from content creation to the very way we look at wellness. And I’ve made a big decision—I’m opening an alcohol-free and canna beverage shop in my community.
Yes, you heard that right! I’m tired of seeing people feel boxed in by outdated norms, so I’m creating a space that offers healthier choices, grounded in education, connection, and real-world transformation. The space I wish existed when I went alcohol free in 23’.
The location is secured, permits are in progress, and updates are coming soon!
What’s Next, You Ask?
I’m leaning into the most authentic and unfiltered version of myself right now. There’s a lot of work ahead, much of it happening outside of the online community where we first connected.
I’m diving deeper into real-world experiences and building something meaningful that goes beyond the screen. This journey is all about being true to myself and creating spaces for others to do the same, in person and beyond social media.
Which is saying a lot, considering how “out there” I already was in 2024. But the journey of self-discovery is always evolving. Are you?
